Through our network and experience, we are uniquely able to connect CEOs in a powerful, purposeful way designed to enable them to achieve great things and use their time in the most meaningful way. Our network is the mirror that lets CEOs see their full potential, and realize it.
OUR POINT OF VIEW
To know us, you must know Strategic Facilitation. It is who we are, what we do, and the singular answer to “what makes you different?” As Strategic Facilitators, we enable the knowledge transfer that lets CEOs get the most from one another’s experience and wisdom. We push where pushing yields results; we probe where probing encourages critical thinking; and we thoughtfully connect in a relentless effort to let CEOs truly create and inspire other outstanding CEOs. We are partners in your business challenges; the keepers of accountability; and the askers of the tough questions. Anyone can run a meeting – but only the best and the brightest are Strategic Facilitators.
INTRO INTO STRATEGIC FACILITATION
"Coaching" is a term fraught with multiple definitions and as many interpretations. When we work with CEOs and key executives individually, we prefer to call it "1:1 Strategic Facilitation." Just as in our CEO Collectives, our focus in working with an individual CEO is on isolating strategic challenges into strategic goals and working together to formulate a plan to advance those goals. The outcome we mutually seek is what we call a "leveraged CEO." A CEO who is optimized to have the greatest possible positive impact on an organization. Ways to Engage
Our flagship membership organization, The CEO Collective has represented Boston's premier CEO network for over a decade. We know incredible things happen when outstanding CEOs are connected to outstanding CEOs in a powerful, purposeful way. Our experience and carefully curated network of CEOs puts the power of active reciprocity in motion and enables CEOs to achieve great things.
In addition to harnessing the power of peer problem solving via The CEO Collective, many members also put our skills as Strategic Facilitators to work through our Strategy and Leadership Facilitation. This proven process builds the kind of strong alignment among CEOs and their leadership teams that generates competitive advantage. By leveraging our knowledge of the CEO's strategic vision and our hands-on, grassroots approach to building consensus, leadership teams emerge in sync and energized around the direction of the business, and the work that's required to get it there. Key Executive Collective
Our Key Executive Collective was formed at the request of our CEO members, who saw clear benefit in exposing those members of their leadership team who focus on business strategy to the same network and structure the CEO Collective provides. The resulting Key Executive Collective is comprised of strategy influencers including Presidents; COOs, and CMOs who come together to learn from one another and share in each other's objective feedback and wisdom. Like our CEO Collective, members of our Key Executive Collective are carefully screened to ensure true peer representation and mutual "fit." If you are a CEO with interest in the Key Executive Collective for your own right hand, or are yourself a strategic executive seeking a network like ours, please contact us (link). We'd love to talk with you. Contact Us
